Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture to guide design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to our design system and maintain consistent design standards
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement of products
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform considerations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
