- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preparation of datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly management reports for key stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide valuable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and data modeling under the supervision of senior staff.
- Document data processes and maintain accurate records of analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong interest in data analytics, business intelligence, and technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts).
- Basic understanding of SQL or a willingness to learn SQL for data extraction.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
