Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Translate customer feedback and business requirements into high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and technical integrity.
- Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across the product suite.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Conduct usability testing and analyze results to iterate and improve user journeys.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
