Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to drive continuous design improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on constructive feedback
- Contribute to our design team's innovation roadmap through trend research and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Portfolio showcasing mobile and web design solutions with measurable impact
