Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user needs.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed UI mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain user personas, user journeys, and customer journey maps to guide product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on feedback to continuously improve user satisfaction.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficiency in designing user interfaces using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
