Key Responsibilities:
As a UX Designer, you will own the user journey from concept to completion. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that are intuitive and accessible.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for performance and usability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research and prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design choices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
