Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers on design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 standards)
Qualifications
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for design implementation
