Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Assist in deploying and configuring workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Participate in weekly training sessions and certification prep
- Monitor system health and perform preventative maintenance
- Support office IT operations including AV equipment and printers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and security concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot logically
