Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity design systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design decisions and maintain comprehensive style guides
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience creating design systems and component libraries
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for front-end collaboration
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
