Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across digital platforms
- Conduct user interviews and usability studies to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
