Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate design hypotheses.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design responsive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team, clearly articulating the 'why' behind design decisions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- A strong, portfolio-based showcase of UX/UI case studies demonstrating your design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design iterations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
