Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources
- Create and maintain databases using SQL and Excel
- Generate regular reports and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior data
- Collaborate with senior analysts to interpret findings
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-functional teams
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and database concepts
