Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform product design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement product features.
- Design and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design choices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design processes, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
