As a UX Designer, you will be the bridge between user needs and business goals. You will define the product roadmap by conducting deep-dive user research and translating complex data into intuitive interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to implement designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and the broader team.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
