Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define feature requirements and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to strict coding standards and security protocols.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to foster team growth and maintain code quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and system bottlenecks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Relocation eligibility required to work in New York, NY.
