Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for mobile and web applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (3+ years experience required)
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ end-to-end design projects with measurable outcomes
