Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital products
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and business impact

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 3+ years of professional experience
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ end-to-end UX design projects with measurable results
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira/Confluence
- Certification in UX (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
