Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct user research and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
