Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user needs.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle to improve user satisfaction and retention.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful user-centered design projects.
- Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing and A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic development principles is a plus.
