Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover insights that drive design decisions.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, ensuring a seamless user journey from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, effectively communicating the 'why' behind design choices.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to continuously optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating case studies.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience with design research methodologies and the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining clear communication channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
