We are seeking a talented and user-centric UX Designer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively advocating for the user’s voice.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the user journey.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote, part-time capacity.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
