About the Opportunity:
TechFlow Solutions is excited to launch our Paid UX Training Program in Stockton, CA. We are seeking driven individuals with a passion for design to join our elite training cohort. This is a unique opportunity to receive hands-on mentorship from senior UX professionals, work on real client projects, and secure a full-time position upon graduation.
As a UX Designer Trainee, you will be immersed in the full design lifecycle, learning to translate complex user needs into intuitive digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Design and execute interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user behaviors and pain points.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and software engineers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
- Design Systems: Assist in building and maintaining a consistent design system to streamline the development process.
- Iterative Design: Analyze feedback and data to refine designs, improving user engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Empathy: A deep understanding of user-centric design principles and the ability to empathize with diverse user groups.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
