Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, stakeholders)
- Present design solutions and justify decisions through data-driven insights
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results
- Document design processes and create comprehensive design specifications
Qualifications
- Passion for user-centered design and solving complex problems
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking (school projects, personal work, or freelance)
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user research methods, or design tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Relevant degree (Graphic Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field) OR equivalent experience
- Eligibility to work in the United States
