Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Establish and maintain design systems and UI components
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and lead design critique sessions
- Stay current with UX trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of UX principles (training provided for others)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
