Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve products
- Participate in paid training workshops covering advanced UX methodologies
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating UX design projects (school projects or personal work accepted)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Willingness to complete our 12-week paid training program
- Passion for user-centered design and continuous learning
