Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Design A/B tests and statistical models to validate business hypotheses
- Create data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing and operational strategies
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance and documentation practices
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear visual narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
