Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes
- Design high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product teams to iterate on designs based on usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring brand consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
- Participate in agile sprints and contribute to design documentation
- Mentor junior designers during the program's advanced phase
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3+ UX projects with user research documentation
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (training provided for advanced features)
- Understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design fundamentals and interaction design
