Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing under mentor guidance
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Participate in daily stand-ups and design critiques
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
