Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- SQL & Coding: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases and utilize Python/R for advanced data manipulation.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose solutions to optimize data management processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is required.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data anomalies and solve complex business problems.
