Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve design performance
- Participate in design sprints and contribute to agile development processes
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving and visual design sensibility (school projects or personal work accepted)
- Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or willingness to learn during training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments
- Passion for user-centered design and continuous learning
- Proficiency with design software (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch preferred)
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in design, HCI, or related field
