Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement user-centered solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX across digital platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers during training program rotations
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design, problem-solving, and UX thinking
- Associate's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
