Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain detailed user personas, user journeys, and customer journey maps to guide design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and business alignment.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze usage metrics to continuously improve product performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full design lifecycle from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
