Responsibilities
- Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats using SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response plans and security documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and industry standards
- Provide security awareness training to staff
- Generate comprehensive security reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity analysis or related role
- Certification in CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Knowledge of threat intelligence frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
