Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate concepts into functional designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
