Responsibilities
- Design and wireframe user interfaces for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
