Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Design intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design execution and technical feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
- Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team, advocating for the user voice in every decision.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and translating data into design strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
