Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover deep user insights and needs.
- Translate complex user requirements and business goals into intuitive, user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback, demonstrating a strong understanding of business objectives.
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize the user experience and drive key performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects.
- Proficiency in designing in Figma and experience with prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and information architecture.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
