Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design visually stunning and intuitive UI components that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven metrics to continuously improve the user journey.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and component library.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the wider team effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset.
