Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our centralized design system and component library to ensure consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to executive teams and cross-functional groups effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full lifecycle of design projects, including research, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience conducting user interviews and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
