Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform advanced data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and comprehensive reporting requirements.
- Identify business opportunities and mitigate risks through deep-dive data analysis and forecasting.
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
- Optimize database queries and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages like Python.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong grasp of statistical methodologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
