Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including usability testing, surveys, and persona development, to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity sketches, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a consistent, scalable design system that supports rapid product iteration.
- Advocate for the end-user by conducting design reviews and presenting compelling cases for design choices.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and the design process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
