Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Execute usability testing, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and define user personas and journey maps.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma and Sketch to visualize user flows and screen layouts.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Usability Optimization: Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify pain points and iterate on designs to improve overall user satisfaction.
- Visual Design: Apply modern design trends and visual hierarchy principles to create compelling interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX projects, including case studies that explain the problem-solving process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Empathy: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a genuine empathy for the end-user.
