The Role
As a UX Designer, you will own the user journey for key features, conducting deep research to validate assumptions and crafting designs that are both beautiful and functional.
Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Advocacy: Champion user-centric design principles within the organization, providing mentorship to junior designers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Tools: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong understanding of prototyping tools.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects, from research to high-fidelity UI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
