Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ product lines
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define user requirements and business objectives
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and optimize conversion funnels
- Present design solutions to executive leadership and justify design decisions with user insights
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization
- Understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to technical teams
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
