Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing)
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with agile development processes and JIRA
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design sensibility
