Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user metrics to continuously optimize the user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.
- Proven portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX processes, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and design delivery.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
