Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to optimize user journeys and conversion rates
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and visual documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Expertise in user research methods including interviews, surveys, and persona development
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience working with agile methodologies and design sprint frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Ability to balance creative vision with technical constraints in fast-paced environments
