Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced threat detection systems across cloud/on-premise environments
- Lead incident response protocols for zero-day vulnerabilities and APT attacks
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for enterprise clients
- Develop security automation frameworks using Python and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers and drive security awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with CISOs on strategic security roadmap planning
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in remote/hybrid roles
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification mandatory
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security and SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Proven experience with NIST 800-53 framework implementation
- Strong background in threat hunting and malware analysis
- Excellent written/verbal communication for stakeholder reporting
