Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to improve user outcomes.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user journey.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a full range of design skills, from research and wireframing to visual design and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
