Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Advocate for the user voice in every decision to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of user-centered design projects.
- Excellent understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
